In June, time composed a beautiful melody - the skilled craftsmen of Jinghe Assembly Workshop gathered together, with dreams and passion interwoven. A skills feast jointly hosted by Jinghe Tradeｕｎｉｏｎand Jinghe Craftsmen Research Office, with the strong support of the two assembly workshops, thus kicked off. This is a stage for artisans, an arena for the skills in their hands. Every minute movement reflects their pursuit of the ultimate in craftsmanship. This is not only a martial arts competition, but also a feast of skills, a peak showdown among experts in movement assembly.

As the start time of the competition approaches, all the contestants are making their final preparations in a tense yet orderly manner. Everyone is carefully inspecting the "weapons" in their hands in accordance with the standards of the competition parts and tools, ready for the showdown at any time. Before the competition, in order to ensure the fairness and impartiality of the event and to safeguard the rights and interests of the participants and enhance the credibility of the competition, the organizing staff specially arranged for each participant to draw an inspection number. The inspector drawn was responsible for inspecting the competition results of the participants, while other staff members were also conducting the final checks on the movements of the participants.

The competition quietly began in an enthusiastic atmosphere. The main events of this competition were divided into two parts: one was the fork pendulum group - the stretching and compounding competition. The stretching and compounding process in the fork pendulum is also known as rounding and leveling. During the pulping process, we need to adjust the flatness and roundness of the hairspring, as well as the axial clearance between the swing frame and the balance wheel, etc.

During the assembly process, it is necessary to manually adjust the axial clearance of the balance shaft with double tubes to be between 0.02 and 0.04, ensure that each turn of the hairspring is on the same plane and perpendicular to the balance shaft, that the end face runout of the balance wheel is less than 0.02, that the hairspring spacings are equal, that the hairsprings can expand and contract concentrically, and that the hairsprings can evenly swing the frame between the inner and outer clamps.

Assembly of the winding needle adjustment mechanism

The winding and setting system of the movement is a system in mechanical watches used for manual winding and time adjustment. The winding system is responsible for winding the movement of a mechanical watch, thereby storing power for the watch. The winding system drives the clutch wheel, vertical wheel → winding wheel → winding medium wheel → winding ratchet (large steel wheel) through the stem shaft, thereby driving the prime mover system to store energy for the watch. The adjustment system works by driving the clutch wheel → adjustment wheel → cross wheel → minute wheel through the stem shaft, and finally rotating the hour wheel of the movement to achieve the effect of calibrating the watch hands. The winding and setting system consists of the winding system and the setting system. If it has a calendar function, it can also be switched to the setting position to adjust the calendar of the movement.
