In 2023, in order to comprehensively enhance the management capabilities of cadres at all levels, Jinghe Company introduced the "Futai Practical Business School" systematic management courses to provide specialized training for everyone. On February 19th, the "2023 Jinghe Elite Training Class" was officially established.
At the opening ceremony, each trainee came up with creative names in groups and, through active interaction, welcomed their first course training - practical performance management.
Part One: Concept First
The correct thinking and role cognition of performance management
Through this training, we have come to recognize the significance of goal management and performance appraisal, and have deeply understood the correct thinking of performance management. At the same time, we have also learned about the common difficulties, confusions and solutions in implementing performance appraisal in various enterprises, and have learned about the performance appraisal cases and successful experience methods of other outstanding enterprises.
This training is rich in content, novel in form and features outstanding experts. Everyone embarks on this learning journey together with a strong sense of responsibility.
Part Two: Practical Discussion
The Six-Step Practical Method of Performance Management and Research Analysis
By learning the six-step method of performance management, we conducted group discussions to study the methods of performance assessment, comprehensively understood the operation procedures and design methods of performance management, and under the guidance of the training instructor, fully mastered the practical forms and long-term implementation skills of assessment in the implementation of performance assessment work.
During each student's study period, they actively interact with the instructors, adding many different colors to the courses. The meticulous design of the training courses, the thorough arrangement of on-site teaching, and the expert teachers' words and deeds all reflect the enterprise's deep love for the students and its emphasis on cultivating professional talents.
The humanized course arrangement enabled the employees to have a refreshing and invigorating activity before starting their studies in the afternoon. All the trainees actively participated in it. The refreshing activity effectively relieved everyone's physical and mental fatigue in the morning and prepared for the smooth progress of the afternoon study.
The training effect of this session has been fully recognized by the company and the trainees. Before the training, the Human Resources Department had a thorough communication with Ding Jian, the training instructor of Futai, to clarify the training outcomes: the company's achievements and the individual's achievements. In the training, we introduce competition and points-based PK, converting various interactive activities into measurable and statistical scores, and maximizing the active participation of trainees in discussions, exchanges and sharing during the learning process. After the training, we put the course content into practical work and fed back the problems we encountered to the trainer for targeted after-class tutoring.
Through systematic learning, everyone has mastered their own learning methods. It is hoped that they can gain their own learning spirit in this training and also apply what they have learned well to their work. The trainees have enhanced their understanding, broadened their horizons, clarified their goals and strengthened their abilities through the training, laying a solid foundation for the full completion of all tasks this year.
