On May 31, 2016, our company held a training session on "On-site 5S and Visual Management" at the Tang Dynasty Hotel. We specially invited Mr. Deng Daohong from Taiwan to give the lecture. A total of 120 leaders and key personnel from various departments and workshops participated in this training.

This training is a solid step taken by our company to implement the concept of "refined management". The aim is to reduce waste and develop good working habits through training, so as to improve the working environment, enhance the management level of the company, and thereby increase work efficiency. At the same time, it promotes the improvement of Jinghe's service quality and enhances the corporate image. The 5S management concept and model, which originated in Japan, consists of five aspects: sorting, straightening, sweeping, cleaning, and self-discipline. At the beginning of the training, the instructor Deng Daohong vividly demonstrated the "first in, first out" management concept of warehousing with the "three-dimensional warehouse game".

Throughout the entire training activity, easy-to-understand cases, contrasting photos, fun games and question-and-answer interactive sessions enabled everyone to understand and learn in a simple and clear way the application and importance of 5S in work and life. The employees all expressed that they would apply the knowledge they learned from this training to their work and life, making the working and living environment cleaner and more orderly, and improving work efficiency and quality of life.
