To enhance the skills of the department's employees and foster an atmosphere of learning skills, emphasizing technology, focusing on quality, and pursuing efficiency, at the proposal and advocacy of Director Zhao Ye and Deputy Director Zhang Yuhuan, the workshop staff actively signed up to participate and held a drill pressing skills competition. The drill pressing skills competition was fiercely held on August 25th and 26th, 2021. Company leaders such as General Manager Wang, General Manager Lu, General Manager Zhang, Chairman of the tradeｕｎｉｏｎEngineer Wang, and Manager Sun were present at the scene to show their concern and offer guidance. In the end, Sun Miaomiao won the championship in the main splint group, Zhu Yuhong took the second place, Shen Enjing won the third place in the small splint group, and the team championship was claimed by the connecting splint group.
