This is the work requirement of the general manager for deepening cooperation among workshops and departments in 2021. In order to enhance mutual understanding among workshop departments, the Human Resources Department invited the Precision Workshop to organize a cross-workshop exchange meeting for the young middle-level cadres' study class in the form of a sharing session.
During the exchange meeting, the Precision Workshop introduced its business scope, organizational structure, key equipment and other contents, but what everyone was more interested in was the on-site visit. During the on-site visit, the precision workshop set up a total of 5 experience points for everyone to learn from. Each experience point had dedicated personnel to introduce and demonstrate operations, allowing everyone to understand how parts are processed from raw materials to finished products. The experience effect was very good.
